What you'll be doing as a Storage Leasing Agent:

• Greet self-storage customers and answer phones & email
• Show & rent out storage units
• Complete the lease paperwork
• Collect and apply payments
• Sweep and make ready vacant storage units
• Turn Leads and Reservations into rentals

Are you qualified?

• High School education or equivalent
• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• You have previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software
• Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property

Hours, Pay, & Location:
Our flexible schedule is perfect for someone who would like to boost their income without a big commitment; this position is to cover for the Manager, and is generally less than 24 hours a week, with additional hours available as needed.
Pay: $23.00
