Compensation: $21 - $24 based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Follow all company Policies and Procedures
• Provide clients with an attendance promise
• Meet all reasonable shift expectations and staff consistent Home Care Aides (HCAs) for clients
• Work productively with a scheduling team to ensure all clients are covered with qualified consistent HCAs
• Maintain an organized work flow of your tasks
• Meet your weekly KPIs

Qualifications: 

• Must have 1 year of scheduling experience in a healthcare setting (Home Care, Hospice, Hospital, etc) 
• Willingness to work in a fast paced environment and answer high call volume 
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally 
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed, flexibility to work AM/PM shifts, cover caregiving shifts as needed and be on call during overnight hours to fill shifts
