Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of electronic devices, including computer hardware, mobile devices, and operating systems. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Duties:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various electronic devices.
- Repair and replace damaged components using hand tools and following schematics.
- Perform software troubleshooting and updates on devices.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and questions.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used and work performed.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field.

Experience:
- Previous experience in repairing electronic devices, such as computers, mobile devices, or other consumer electronics.
- Proficiency in using hand tools for repair work.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows and iOS), and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) and their repair processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and find effective solutions.
- Prior experience in a retail sales or customer service role is a plus.
