Coalfield Community Action Partnership is Hiring a SSVF Case Manager Near Mingo, IA
Coalfield Community Action Partnership, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager for the Supportive Services for Veteran’s Families (SSVF) program. Will work with veterans who are homeless or on the verge of becoming homeless. Position based out of the Williamson office. Travel to service areas will be required throughout southern and central WV. The use of personal vehicle will be required with mileage reimbursement provided.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Counseling, or a closely related field preferred. Prefer at least two (2) years of experience in social work or case management. Must have strong computer skills.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Case manager will work to prevent homelessness and offer supportive services to clients in an effort to achieve greater self-sufficiency and reclaim a valued role in their communities. Rate of pay - $15.25/hr.
