Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager a Maintenance Mechanic performs highly skilled preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work on motor coaches to minimize downtime in a cost effective, safe, timely manner and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine and preventative maintenance
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and other breakdowns or failures
• Repair our fleet of luxury motor coaches and minibuses
• Complete paperwork in accordance with company and Federal guidelines
• Perform all other service tasks as directed by the Director of Maintenance/Maintenance Manager

Qualifications:

• Class A Mechanic 5 years of diesel mechanic experience working on buses, trucks, or heavy equipment
• Class B Mechanic 3 years of diesel mechanic experience working on buses, trucks, and heavy equipment
• Class C Mechanic Entry level
• Valid Driver License
• Ability to work flexible schedules including shift work, weekends, and holidays
• Be able to work in all types of weather conditions, including outdoors
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. or assist with lifting up to 70 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and written
