We are looking for you! Coachlight Communities based in Oak Creek is looking for full-time maintenance professionals!
Insurance and 401k option available.
Prefer some knowledge of:
- Electrical
- HVAC & Boiler Systems
- Appliance repair
- Painting
- Installation of ceramic tiles, cabinets, countertops, etc.
- General apartment maintenance
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Ability to deal with a wide variety of people
Requirements:
- 2 years prior maintenance work preferred
- 40 hrs. per week
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including snow removal
- Rotating on-call schedule for after hour emergencies
- Bending, twisting, heavy lifting involved
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass background check
- Friendly, honest, and great work ethic are a must
- Good communication skills
Compensation:
- Based on experience
- Truck and tools provided
