Overview:
Featherlite Coach, LLC is growing, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team hand-crafting multi-million-dollar luxury coaches seen on shows such as Extreme RV. As a Craftsman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to carpentry, mechanical, and electrical applications, to include equipment operation. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Required Experience:

- Basic mechanical & electrical applications: 2-3 years (preferred)

- Carpentry: 2-3 year (required)

- Hand Tools & Saws: 3-5 years (required)

Parts of the Job:

- Basic electrical and mechanical experience.

- Attention to detail.

- Use hand tools: Knife, Chisel, Drill, Combination square, etc.

- Use power tools such as table saw, belt sander, etc.

- Cover cabinet surfaces including using Heat table to bend around radii.

- Problem solving, knowing how to navigate through the drawings and spot flaws.

- Trimming/building out basic cabinetry.

- Willing to perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Management.

- Follow safety guidelines and comply with OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Act) requirements.

Requirements and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- 2-3 years’ experience safely using and working with hand tools & machinery: Table saw, Chop saw, Bandsaw, Drill press, Routers, Edge sander, Biscuit jointer, etc.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

- Must have own hand tools: Drill, Tape measure, Knife, Squares, Chisels, Nail setter, etc.

- Ability to read and understand drawings.

- Self-motivated, drive, and willing to work as a team member.

- Genuine desire to produce high-quality, high-end products.

Our company has been crafting luxury seated buses and motorhomes for over 15 years. We work Monday to Thursday, 10hrs a day with OT (as available) on Friday inside our large manufacturing environment. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
