Location: Paulsboro, NJ
Salary: $22.00 hourly

- Update and monitor GPS route/equipment status
- Dispatch buses and drivers
- Monitor and uphold on-time performance
- Check driver’s credentials upon their report to work
- Report all accidents/incidents to Safety Manager
- Assist customer service through phone or email
- In the event of a breakdown, contact road service, dispatch relief bus, notify maintenance staff, provide customer service and management of the situation
- Communicate delays or updates with field operations and customer service agents
- Coach and counsel drivers if necessary
- Transfer and receive information from shift to shift
- Other duties as needed
- At least 1 year of motor coach or transportation dispatch experience or equivalent
- Ability to multitask and troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment
- Available on weekends, holidays, days, and nights
- Exemplary communication and customer service skills
- Routing/GPS programs
