MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY IS HIRING EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIANS (EMT) FOR OUR PALMDALE STATION TO TRANSPORT GURNEY PATIENTS IN A PROFESSIONAL AND SAFELY MANNER. MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST. THE IDEAL EMPLOYEE FOR THIS POSITION MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT AND IN A PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. UNIFORMS WILL BE PROVIDED.

Responsibilities:
- Administer necessary medical interventions, such as CPR
- Safely transport patients to medical facilities for further evaluation and treatment
- Communicate with medical personnel at the receiving facility to provide patient information and receive further instructions

Requirements:
- Valid certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
