As an Insurance Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative, you will be the friendly face and voice of our company, assisting customers with inquiries, offering product recommendations, and closing sales with finesse.

  • Full-time Monday - Friday work schedule 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • $15 per hour ($31,200 per year) plus bonuses.

Responsibilities


  • Build strong customer relationships to increase retention and loyalty to the products. 
  • Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. 
  • Skillfully manage inbound calls, while maximizing opportunities for cross-selling to the current book of business.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
  • Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements.
  • Create and Schedule appointments for Sr Sales Representatives
  • Maintains phone time and sales quotas as determined by management.

Requirements


  • Property and Casualty License is Required. Employer will pay 100% of licensing fees
  • Insurance Experience is not required to apply
  • Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles. 
  • Experience working in an office environment and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
  • Ambitious self-starter who can work independently to hit targets and collaborate with team members.
