Network Operations Technician

Full-Time, Hourly, Tipton, MO

We're seeking a Network Technician to join our overnight NOC team. This full-time opportunity joins a team of experts who monitor and troubleshoot advanced voice, video and data networks. While the activity presents a familiar routine, the nature of each inquiry and challenge may be unique. To be successful in this role, you must maintain accurate and complete records of incoming calls, tickets, alarm conversations, troubleshooting steps and resolution. This position will work Wednesday- Saturday Midnight- 10:30am. The position will have three weeks of training Monday-Friday, 8:00AM- 4:30PM.

On a regular basis you will:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot advanced voice, video, and data networks
  • Provide escalated support to technical support, installation and fiber technicians who require assistance.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of work performed.
  • Create and modify NOC Playbook articles
  • Test returned equipment for redeployment in the field
  • Provide support for high priority customers
