Job Duties: Assessing and understanding the organization's business requirements for enterprise resource planning (ERP) and financial management.

• Configuring and customizing NetSuite to align with the company's business processes and needs.

• Providing ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the NetSuite platform.

• Collaborating with different departments to ensure that NetSuite is meeting their specific needs.

• Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions

• Provide training and support to clients on implemented systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.

• Previous experience with NetSuite implementations and data analytics platforms.

• Certifications in NetSuite are a plus but not always required.

• Familiarity with software development methodologies and practices - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
