PASTORAL ASSISTANT

The Church of St. Robert Bellarmine in Freehold, NJ is looking for a Pastoral Associate of Parish Ministries and Parish Life. As a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church, this applicant holds a Masters Degree in Pastoral Ministry, related studies or equivalent experience and has a minimum of three to five years experience working in a parish. This qualified candidate must have good interpersonal, communication, organizational and technical skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Ministry Scheduler Pro, social media websites and PARISHSOFT. This Pastoral Associate will work under the direction of the Pastor and collaborate with ministry members in the following ways: to enhance existing ministries especially Liturgical ministries (including training, scheduling, provide materials and updates), develop new ministries, and assist in evangelizing within our parish family and community. Additionally, this role will serve as the Director of RCIA and Adult Confirmation.
