Greenwich Salon is looking for a front desk receptionist to join the team.

As the receptionist, you will manage the appointments, clients, correspond with technicians if any issues arise, and maintain the salon environment.

You will also be key holder and responsible for opening/closing the salon.

We are looking for a collaborative, savvy administrative professional with a deep interest in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:
*Provide a friendly and welcoming environment for clients
*Assist clients with booking appointments, including re-booking and follow-up appointments
*Manage online and in-person transactions
*Restock retail displays and maintain display cleanliness
*Assist Management in daily salon tasks and projects
*Participate in on-site events

Qualifications:

-1 years of administrative experience
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
-Passionate and knowledgeable of salon products and services is preferred
-Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
-Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
