This person is responsible for resolving unpaid insurance claims and patient balances; processing insurance claims; reviewing patient accounts for upcoming appointments and collection action; talking with patients regarding balance on account; checking with insurance companies regarding denied/rejected claims; assisting in electronic payment posting; maintaining corporate and patient confidentiality; and promoting positive public relations both inside the clinic and in the community. This position will also efficiently processes all insurance payments and rejections and refunds according to CNOS collection policies. This position is Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Position is primarily remote work. Minimum of 1 year experience in billing and denials management required.
