CNO Financial Group’s Product Development team is hiring a Product Development Coordinator to be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to the development of new product marketing materials and maintaining existing product marketing materials.
This position will primarily support the Product Specialists team by coordinating production related to field marketing and product collateral and will assist in the development of field training activities and materials.
The coordinator will also be involved in more general product marketing projects and assignments.
As a Product Development Coordinator , your responsibilities will include :
Overseeing various product marketing administrative projects; successful project management will include ongoing interaction with Product Specialists and various members of the Marketing team
Working with the Product Specialist team members to ensure field marketing and training programs are current and comply with various state and compliance requirements
Assisting with the overall development of product collateral including creation, production, and coordinating the approval process
Coordinating the review drafts of product collateral, promotional items, and other product marketing communications
Coordinating the approval, pricing, and production of product marketing collateral, promotional items, tradeshow signage, etc.
Supporting CNO’s brand standard efforts through all aspects of product marketing material development including copywriting, editing, and design.
Distributing the product marketing materials as needed, including maintaining the latest versions of electronic items in CNO’s content management system.

What you’ll need :
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
2 years of related work experience within a corporate environment
Willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours
What will set you apart :
Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Smartsheet is preferred
Prior insurance or regulated industry experience is preferred

All associates may be asked to travel to varying corporate offices periodically. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
