CNO Financial Group is hiring a Payroll Analyst to Administer end to end payroll process and compliance for exempt and non-exempt employee populations, to include tuition reimbursement, taxable fringe benefit coordination, and payroll-related integration for internal/external sources. Review payroll reporting and ensure accurate and timely filing with appropriate government authorities. Support external financial audits, and assist with payroll related audits, such as 401(k), worker’s compensation, ESD, SOX internal controls, etc.

This role is affiliated to the Carmel, IN corporate office, and candidates for this role need to reside within a 2-hour drive of that corporate office in order to participate in a rotation of coming into the Carmel, IN to retrieve and process payroll-specific mail and other duties that cannot be performed remotely. All associates may be asked to travel to varying corporate offices periodically. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
