The Inside Sales Specialist will support and promote the sales of CNH Industrial Parts & Service products within an assigned territory with the primary responsibility for making outbound sales calls.

This person will be tasked with producing consistent growth across Construction and Agricultural Parts/Service related products and services through effective use of the telephone and other electronic means.

This position is eligible for HYBRID working arrangements. This person should expect to be onsite at least two days per week at our Racine, WI office location.

Responsibilities

  • Support, promote and facilitate the sale of CNH Industrial Parts & Service offerings to the network of dealers by creating a daily, monthly and annual call plan using data and market knowledge
  • Meet or exceed sale targets, metrics and goals
  • Capture market intelligence for corporate parts/service marketing development
  • Implement parts programs and follow up to ensure timely initiatives are taken to become competitive and knowledgeable of competitive parts practices and programs
  • Provide input for corporate reports and forecasts for management reporting when needed
  • Focus on activities and strategies that will result in revenue growth and make CNH Industrial the preferred supplier of parts for each dealership
  • Handle post-order incidents by working with the appropriate CNH Industrial departments, vendors and dealers
  • For certain products, identified by management, coordinate availability and shipments between CNH Industrial vendor and dealer
  • Understand the ordering parameters for different parts so as to provide the best option to the dealer and end customer
  • Conduct research for problem resolution, including but not limited to: policies and procedure interpretation, pricing, shipping programs, invoicing, warranty, backorders, tracking, account adjustments, cancellations and returns, and reorders

The salary offered for this position will fall between $56,000 and $80,000 annually. (Actual salary offered will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualifications for the role.)

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma with at least three (3) years of sales experience
