- Develops layouts for HVAC and Plumbing
- Perform design, drawings, and specifications for adaptation and modification of MEP equipment and systems
- Perform calculations to support system designs
- Plan, schedule, conduct and/or coordinate detailed phases of assigned project work
- Attend construction site visits, develop meeting minutes, and site observation reports
- Perform CA tasks, review submittals/shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and attend CA meetings
- As other duties assigned
- Proven track record completing projects, strong project planning and delivery experience
- Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication
- Team-oriented, hands-on, adaptive and client-focused
- Excellent time management and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work under pressure with demanding deadlines with a high sense of urgency
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, and Revit
- Proficient in Trane Trace 700
- Working knowledge of energy modeling
- Proficient in Bluebeam
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Associate Degree, preferred
- LEED AP BD C, preferred
- 7 years of recent experience in Mechanical design with an architectural or MEP firm
- Proficient interpersonal skills and experience helping to maintain successful client relationships
- Working knowledge of Project Management
- Current valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Monday - 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Tuesday - Thursday - 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Friday - 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM
- Full-Time/Exempt
- San Antonio, Texas

- Eligible to participate the 1st day of the following month of the start date:
