REPORTS TO : Branch Manager

We are looking for a Personal Banker for our Dual Highway Branch. This individual will perform various customer service transactions, such as opening accounts and assisting customers with queries concerning financial institution services.

  • Responsible for referring services to the appropriate financial institution specialists

Analytical Thinker -

  • Engage customers in a variety of ways to bank with us and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Maintain customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
  • Educate customers and explain the features and benefits of our products and services

What You'll Do :

  • Open new accounts, explain available financial institution products and services, and gather customer information to process new and existing accounts
  • Participate in sales, service, and product training
  • Receive deposits and ensure that all accounts are properly processed
  • Carry out the financial institution's relationship-building strategies
