Wire Servicers are dedicated to providing outstanding deposit support to branch teams located within all divisions of CNB Bank. They are responsible for accurately reviewing, researching, and processing requests in order to meet the needs and expectations of our clients.

Below is a list of essential job functions. Additional responsibilities may be assigned in the position.

PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL TEAM SUPPORT

Optimally prioritize internal and external requests in order to quickly provide answers to all inquiries as detailed in the Account Service Level Standards. Develop knowledge in other areas of Account Services to assist with supporting teams throughout the organization to deliver a WOW experience.

FOSTER OUR CULTURE

Seek opportunities to support volunteerism in local community events, increase the Bank’s outreach and foster new business.

Possess and display a positive approach in managing and accepting change. Continually evaluate processes and procedures to optimally use technology for efficiencies and accuracy.

FOCUS ON ACCURACY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL

Perform accurate review and research for all maintenance, transactional and client related activity and requests. Assist branches and clients with Wire transfer requests and reviewing for accuracy. Adhere to Bank policy, procedures and regulations set forth at the Federal and State levels. Actively assist with compiling requested documents for internal and external audits.

SEEK PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Take advantage of various development opportunities by enrolling in webinars and Bank offered courses to help build knowledge of departmental processes. As knowledge and experience advance, there will be opportunities to promote to Wire Servicer II, III and team leader.

Training Tracks are crafted to help you understand how your job affects other areas of the bank, provide you tools to have effective conversations, and be successful in your new role. Annual, job-specific training opportunities are assigned and/or available for timely completion. Some travel may be required.

Requirements:

QUALIICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE

To perform this job successfully, an individual is required to perform each crucial job requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with related experience and secondary education preferred. Title dependent upon level of experience and education. Successful completion of required background checks is required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents. Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak effectively both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees of the organization. Ability to communicate directly and effectively.

TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Ability to use telephone systems and possess good digital literacy including email, internet and intranet use. Prior experience or the ability to learn the core processing system, report system and any other computer programs pertinent to performing job duties.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve exciting problems involving several variables in a standardized situation.

This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Noise level is moderate with constant communication and interactions with others. Ability to travel on occasion to all market areas and attend seminars or training sessions offsite.
