DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES / 主 要 职 责 To Understand deeply of HCP and Patients unmet needs on disease management and design Patient Journey in X-Channels, In-Hospital and Out-Hospital, Offline and Online. To Understand Disease Eco-system landscape and current best practices, especially on disease management, patient engagement and payor solutions Ensure effective cross functional collaboration and alignment on disease management solution design, especially for Commercial concept, Patient Experience Identify right scenarios for “10-100” Work with Teams to develop individual project plans for each project, including internal teams training & mobilization (Sales, Marketing) and external customers engagement (HCPs, Partners) Collect project feedback from customers and users and generate insights for solution upgrade Ensure Agile Solution design upgrade with external feedback (HCPs, Patients, Sales, Partners etc..) Solidify Project Model design and adapt best practice to local environment Ensure High Quality project manual, training materials, execution FAQs etc, are well prepared and continuously drive internal change management Continuously drive Project roll-out to cover more HCPs and Patients, drive external Eco-system partner collaborations and upgrade services package for patients. Explore Payor and E-Commerce solution integrated with Disease Management Solution Support DTx Product Launch plan and commercialization strategy design Maintain close relationship with KOLs, Marketing Teams, Regional Sales Management Team JOB REQUIREMENT/ 工 作 要 求 Bachelor’s degree required. Advance degree preferred, background in Medical, Marketing, Pharmaceutical is preferred 5 years Sales or Marketing experience in healthcare industry, better in Diabetes and CV TA. Consulting ,Digital and Innovation related experience is preferred. Understand and experience of patient centered innovation project is highly desired.
