Central Michigan University College of Medicine and CMU Health– is looking for full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified General Surgeon to join our practice in Saginaw, MI. Responsibilities

Position Description:

CMU Health, located in Saginaw, Michigan, functions as the central location for all the residency training programs (including General Surgery) for Central Michigan University School of Medicine and its training hospitals, Covenant Healthcare and Ascension St. Mary’s. This position will be responsible for growing a clinically oriented academic practice. Formal educational and academic opportunities for those interested.

The majority of cases are performed using state-of-the-art robotic surgical systems. This allows for enhanced precision and efficiency and reflects our dedication to staying at the forefront of medical innovation.

The incoming physician will have a faculty appointment with Central Michigan University College of Medicine and be core faculty for our general surgery residency program.

Requirements

• MD or DO
• State of Michigan licensed
• Board Eligible or Certified
• Controlled Substance license
• Must meet credentialing criteria
