CMS of Madison is Hiring a Special Projects Supervisor Near Fitchburg, WI

We are currently looking to fill the following Floor and Carpet Care Supervisor position:
MONDAY - FRIDAY EVENINGS
10:00am - 6:30pm
$25.00 / hour
*Valid drivers license required
Job Purpose:
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as stripping/scrubbing/waxing floors, carpet extraction, construction clean ups, window cleaning.
Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:
CMS of Madison, Inc. has been in business for over 40 years and is locally owned and operated. We are not a franchise so we do not have to follow franchise compensation rules and we don't have to pay royalties to a franchisor. For that reason, we have the freedom to set our own awesome standards.
WE OFFER:

Job Purpose:
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as stripping/scrubbing/waxing floors, carpet extraction, construction clean ups, window cleaning.
Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
- Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
- Extract carpets
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.
