CMI Media Group is seeking an Associate Director of Engagement Strategy, a visionary with a deep understanding of how media captivates audiences. In this role, you will develop cross-channel media strategies that align with brand goals and elevate them through consistent innovation thinking and strategic pivoting. Get ready to harness insights, best practices, and data to sculpt strategies that resonate with audiences and drive business objectives forward. In this role, you are at the helm of overseeing the flawless execution, activation, and management of all tactical plans crafted by our Engagement Planning team.
Your Role:
  • Omnichannel Maestro: Understand the methodology of omnichannel planning to engage with healthcare audiences on their journey to understanding how the channels work together.
  • Strategy Architect: Contribute to crafting impactful media strategy deliverables, leveraging best practices, tools, and data to elevate brand strategies.
  • Strategic Partnership: Develop robust relationships with key brand and COE contacts, establishing yourself as a strategic media partner and contributing to cross-channel strategies.
  • Tactical Leadership: Lead the Engagement Planning team in developing strategic and aligned tactical plans across various media channels, ensuring alignment with overarching strategic approaches.
  • Collaborative Integration: Partner with activation teams to ensure the seamless integration of strategic approaches across various channels like SEM, SEO, Social Media, Programmatic, Video, and emerging platforms.
  • Client Collaboration: Manage client communications and foster an inclusive team environment, keeping all stakeholders well-informed and engaged.
  • Industry Insight & Process Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, identify process improvement opportunities, and involve management to implement necessary changes.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Seven (7) or more years of media planning experience, including two years of supervisory experience, with extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical and patient markets.
  • Strategic Channel Expertise: Proficiency in channel strategy planning across diverse media channels (online/offline, traditional, SEM, Programmatic, Paid Social, SEO, and emerging channels), aligning them with brand strategy and messaging.
  • Leadership Mastery: Proven ability to lead, guide, and inspire teams toward goal attainment, fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
  • Insightful Vision: Ability to grasp underlying issues, create insights, and drive holistic solutions, using storytelling to create buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Results-Focused Approach: Driven by delivering high-quality outcomes that meet business needs.
