CMG Contracting is a Kirtland based company specializing in mainly concrete flatwork, structural concrete, and general excavation on residential and commercial projects within general area of Lake and Geauga county.

We are looking for a Concrete Labor/ Finisher Position. This position will be necessary for someone to have the overall concrete and excavating skills to be able to be able to cover a broad spectrum of work. Pay and compensation will be based by experience level. Due to the smaller size of the company many rolls and tasks will overlap to complete the project most efficiently. This will include all scopes of construction laboring and operating as needed.

Skills Necessary:

• Equipment operating is preferable which may include: skid steers, excavators etc...
• Concrete prep work experience which may include: setting grade, lay out, setting string lines, using rotary lasers, setting forms, installing aggregate base etc...
• Concrete finishing experience which may include: raking, screeding, edging/ hand tooling, bull floating, stamping concrete, saw cutting, sealing etc...

Overall scope of work may consists of:

• Concrete flatwork (removal & replacement, new installation)
• Footers & Foundations
• Structural concrete
• General excavation
• Drainage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Experience:

• Concrete: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
