CME Construction is Hiring a Cost Accountant Near Fort Wayne, IN
The Cost Accountant position is accountable for maintaining the accounts payable records including, but not limited to job and overhead costs of the organization.
This position is responsible for the following duties which include but may not be limited to:
General Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of vendor statements
- Maintain compliance on vendor accounts
- Address vendor inquires
- Maintain compliance on subcontractor accounts
- Reconciliation of company credit cards
- Maintain Home Depot/Lowes/Menards credit accounts and related transactions
- Assists Accounting team with various projects
- Manage bank register with accounting transactions
- Additional accounting tasks as needed
- Preferred Education | associate degree majoring in accounting and business management
- Required Work Experience | 3 years in accounts payable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Competent in Sage 300
- OSHA 30
