Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RDA (or a DA with plans to obtain an RDA) with at least one year of chairside experience to join our wonderful team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service/patient care. The ideal candidate is outgoing, friendly, and a quick-learner.

Duties:

- Ensure that patients are comfortable in the dental chair.

- Prepare patients and the work area for treatments and procedures.

- Sterilize dental instruments.

- Update and maintain patient’s dental records.

- Take and process x-rays.

- Handle patient inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary

- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth patient flow

- Stay updated on office policies and procedures.

Experience:

- One year of chairside experience .

- Experience with Dentrix preferred but not necessary.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information
