Let the leadership quality in you lead the way! Commercial Metals Company is looking for a leader to coordinate and supervisor Receiving, Rebar, and Saw Shops activities.

Provide counsel and feedback to employees while collaborating with management to ensure successful accomplishments of warehouse and production.

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
• 3 years' experience in Warehouse environment preferred; construction or industrial environment a plus
• Previous experience operating forklift, skid steer, loader or similar equipment
• Exhibits integrity and trust as well as respect for the individual through strong moral character, demonstrating leadership and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude and exceptional leadership skills to include team building skills by setting high standards for self and others
• Customer service focused and collaborative as appropriate with internal and external customers
• Must be able to multi-task and handle stress in highly productive environment while problem solve in all areas of the Warehouse
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, work outside under all weather conditions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
• Clearly communicate expectations, issues and feedback
• Bilingual verbal and written communication in English-Spanish preferred

Your Education

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
