Complete Mind Care of PA (CMC) is on a mission to welcome talented clinicians with excellent communication and documentation skills to join our team of passionate providers. Our team is comprised of Psychiatrists, PNPs, licensed and pre-licensed clinicians, of all backgrounds and specialties. We also offer safe, non-invasive, alternative treatments, including Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy and Spravato, administered by trained technicians. Complete Mind Care (CMC) is dedicated to providing mental health services in a compassionate, confidential, and uplifting environment. We understand that a person’s journey to complete mind care, begins with an individualized treatment plan. We do this through provider collaboration and office support to enhance a person’s quality of life.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Must be a Post-Doctoral Psychology Candidate
  • Knowledge of, and ability to, assess and diagnose mental health disorders
  • Ability to communicate kindly, professionally, and effectively with clients regardless of their situations
  • Ability to work well within a clinical team setting
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently navigate an electronic health record (EHR)
  • Comfort using different technological modalities

    Clinician Responsibilities·
    • Performs comprehensive intake interviews
    • Develops and implements individualized therapeutic treatment plans
    • Conducts individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy sessions
    • Completes required documentation for each therapeutic encounter within policy timeframe
    • Maintains confidentiality of information in accordance with state and federal laws
    • Engages in multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure all treating professionals are collectively engaged in supporting each client’s individualized goals
    • Maintain minimum caseload in accordance with position status (full-time, part-time, prn)
    • Timeliness and responsiveness in regard to client needs and colleague communication
