Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage AI/ML projects within the financial services domain, ensuring alignment with investment objectives and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define project requirements, scope, and success criteria. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field required. Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related field, strongly preferred. Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role within the financial services industry (i.e. Investment Management, FinTech, For Startup) with a focus on AI/ML projects. Experience in Sales and Marketing outside of these industries is a plus. Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and AI tools (e.g., Sagemaker, Azure ML) tailored to financial applications. In-depth knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and techniques relevant to analysis and model development, including linear regression, supervised learning, unsupervised learning, KNN, decision trees, and classification. Experience with LLM/GenAI models and NLP frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Titan, Claude, Word2Vec, Spacy) for analyzing text and provide conversational assistants for business functions. Solid understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and asset management principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
