As a Front Waiter / Server, your primary focus is ensuring exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, efficiently relaying orders, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.

• Friendly, hardworking, and hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of service
• Problem solvers that can handle customer matters with courtesy, dignity and respect
• Great verbal and written communication skills

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS A FRONT WAITER / SERVER

• Greets new parties and cordially welcomes guest to the restaurant
• Informs the guest of delicious menu choices and makes suggestions
• Relay orders to bar and kitchen using point-of-system (POS)
• Anticipates the guest needs and responds appropriately
• Establishes a friendly professional rapport with the guest
• Busses table when meal is completed and prepares the table for the next course
• Totals and presents bill, accepts payment, cashes out the check and makes change
• Problem solves guest needs with courtesy, dignity and respect
• Extends closing greetings to guest as they leave thanking them for their patronage
