CLW is looking for a Floor Supervisor to join our team and play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations at our day program located in Forest Park, OH. This position will be full-time, day shift hours, no weekends and many holidays off!

CLW is a day program provider for adults with developmental disabilities. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and well-structured working environment while embracing a person-centered philosophy. We currently operate 12 fully functioning locations throughout Ohio.
**Job Summary:**
As a Floor Supervisor, you will work closely with the Administrator to ensure the day program runs smoothly and efficiently. Your primary focus will be supervising Team Leaders and other direct care staff while maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere on the floor.
**Essential Functions:**
- Foster an effective and productive workflow on the floor, ensuring schedules are followed.
- Assist the Administrator and Assistant Administrator to ensure proper staffing per census and acuity.
- Manage inventory and procure necessary supplies as needed.
- Engage and motivate clients to participate actively in treatment programs.
- Monitor documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the development and implemention of engaging client programs.
- Ensure strict compliance with Individual Service Plans.
- Coordinate transportation services and maintain vehicles.
- Supervise daily operations and staff effectively.
- Manage attendance and scheduling efficiently.
- Maintain detailed documentation and communication.
- Arrange group activities and outings.
- Assist in the planning and organizing of habilitation programs.
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure client well-being.
- Oversee daily workshop activities and care.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in supervisory roles.
- Knowledge of day program operations and client care best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements pertaining to day programming.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
