We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our investor partners.

Responsibilities:

- Nurture and build relationships with San Antonio Real Estate Investors

- Qualify Investors to be added to our buyers list

- Show Investors our fixer upper houses for purchase

- Learn real estate terms, values, contracts, repairs, and more

- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on current trends and conditions in the local market

Requirements:

- Strong Sales Skills

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
