Role/Title: Creative Services Project Coordinator
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: Up to $40/hourly DOE

Clutch is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to work with Creative Services Project Manager to report on status of assigned projects.
Responsibilities :

• Account/Project management
• Development of brochures, collateral, and sales materials
• Conduct website maintenance, updates, and overall design
• Manage resources and track job profitability
• Create and manage project plans utilizing SmartSheet, Workamajig, InVision and Figma
• Direct creative teams based on client feedback

Requirements :

• 5 years as an agency Project Manager, or similar role
• Authorized to work in the United States of America
• Able to start ASAP
• Are a strategic thinker and can handle multiple priorities at a time
• Familiar with project/account management tools and software
• Are comfortable working face to face with clients and stakeholders
• Organized and goal oriented
• Must be commutable to the King of Prussia, PA area
