In the role of Residential Canvassing Specialist, you will be the face of Clubhouse Roofing, initiating contact with potential customers at their homes. Your mission is to set the stage for our sales force by scheduling appointments for in-depth consultations regarding roofing services and solutions. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the company's growth through your direct efforts on the front line.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned residential areas to introduce our roofing services.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through friendly and professional interactions.

- Secure homeowners' interests in scheduling a follow-up appointment with our sales consultants.

- Effectively communicate the benefits of our roofing solutions, custom-tailored to meet their needs.

- Utilize strategic talking points, provided sales materials, and industry knowledge to engage and educate prospective customers.

- Be an ambassador for the Clubhouse brand, ensuring all interactions are conducted with integrity and enthusiasm.

- Meet and exceed set targets for appointments scheduled, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales departments regarding response rates and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Resilience and tenacity in a challenging and competitive environment

- Experience in direct sales, door-to-door canvassing, or relatable customer-facing roles (Preferred, but not required)

- A self-motivated approach, allowing you to work independently

- A positive attitude and the ability to quickly adapt to new situations

- Physical ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
