Job Duties & Responsibility • Follow all company policies and procedures. • Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional. • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. • Anticipate and address member/guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. • Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. • Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats. • Be knowledgeable of the club services, features, upcoming events, and specials. • Performing light maintenance projects as needed. • Maintaining the established cleanliness standards of the locker room and clubhouse by performing housekeeping functions such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and other vital housekeeping functions. • Check and maintain adequate levels of supplies and materials in the locker room and clubhouse. • Conduct duties such as, but not limited to check-in guests, answering general inquiry calls, and assisting with guest requests. • Responsible for conducting patrols of the building and property and reporting suspicious activities, suspicious persons, unsafe conditions or hazards, and/or other emergency situations. • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistance; additionally, stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested when assigned by supervisor/manager.
