SUMMARY OF SERVICES: Full-time dedicated to Alexandria Events, Jr. Graphic Designer and Marketing Communications resource.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (mandatory).
  • Experience in the social media and digital space and a solid understanding of and actively engaged in using social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok).
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to activate, excite, and grow community.
  • Ability to drive social strategy and initiatives with a data-driven approach and focus on ROI.
  • Proven ability and passion for understanding the customers’ needs and translating that into relevant and useful content marketing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Digital/Marketing and Communications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively to deadlines in an environment of high energy.
  • Qualified industry certification.
  • Successful track record of multi-task management.
  • Ability to highly function in a demanding role.
  • Knowledge of content creation, email marketing, video editing, and photography. Guidance will be provided.
  • Personal interest in travel, hospitality, health, wellness, and/or sports industry.
  • Experience working in a direct-to-consumer environment capacity.

Job Description:

  • Develop, and create communication in the form of email, newsletters, articles and other communication avenues.
  • Create opportunities for new marketing strategies and communication efforts.
  • Create marketing, communication, and social media campaigns and strategies.
  • Ensures consistency in marketing and social media messages across accounts, while providing training and guidance to site teams in implementing internal social media channels.
  • Gather content and create a marketing calendar for wellness activations, events, and newsletters.
  • Collaborates with and guidance provided by the Client's Communication Leads, Directors, and Senior Marketing team.
  • Research and monitor the activity of company competitors.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Delivery of communication solutions that have a measurable impact.
  • Oversee and ensure that all communications and marketing efforts are aligned and follow the client’s brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement a marketing strategy that will achieve identified business goals - with directives from the Executive Director of Amenities, Marketing Director, and Wellness Director of Operations.
  • Establish, analyze, and maintain data reporting to measure the adoption, engagement, and success of programming.
  • Managing multiple high-volume wellness facilities in adjacent locations.

Compensation: $75,000 – $80,000 salary range commensurate with experience; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k (no match)!
