Job Summary

Caddies have a responsibility for enhancing the golf experience for the Member and/or Guest they are assigned to. They are responsible for cleaning clubs, organizing the Member's bag, raking bunkers, replacing divots, cleaning golf balls, tending flagsticks, and helping maintain pace of play. Day-to-Day 

• Arrive to the facility with enthusiasm and a smile.
• Be ready to offer hospitality and service to the Player or Group you are assigned to.
• Always be proactive in your role by anticipating needs early to help make the round more efficient.

 About You 

• Knowledge of golf equipment and golf etiquette is not initially required to be hired. These attributes can be trained and learned via WGAESF - Caddie Resources along with on-the-job experience.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude, always.
• Excellent time management, organization, and follow-through.
• An ability to interact and have conversations.
• Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally run for a few hours at a time, including changes in elevation, swiftly and without hesitation.
