Food & Beverage Supervisor
Summary of your new role:
Oversee daily food and beverage service in the Club restaurant operations. Assure all Food and Beverage operations, including Banquets, ala carte, and Member Services, are coordinated to exceed Member expectations while ensuring the standards of service and safety guidelines are met. Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in administrative roles such as menu creation and design, maintaining F&B checkbook, scheduling and payroll as needed, inventory management, procurement of LBW, Micros oversight and programming, and other duties as assigned.
