Overnight Guest Experience Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our team as an Overnight Guest Experience Manager. In this role, you will be the key point of contact during the night, ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities:
1. Warm Welcome

• Greet all guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process, making guests feel valued and comfortable.

2. Anticipate and Fulfill Guest Needs:

• Proactively identify and address guest needs to enhance their overall satisfaction.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special arrangements in a timely and efficient manner.

3. Empowered Manager on Duty

• Take charge of overnight, ensuring secure and well-maintained environment.
• Act as the point of contact for any guest concerns or emergencies during the night shift.

4. Proactive Problem Resolution:

• Maintain a proactive approach to resolving challenges that may arise during the evening.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills to ensure a positive guest experience.

5. Operational Excellence:

• Balance room inventory to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Reconcile credit card transactions to maintain financial accuracy.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of rate to maintain accuracy.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to rate codes.
• Verify and confirm all COMP rate booking.
• Close the day in Opera Cloud
• Ensure that the system is ready for the following day.

6. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve issues prompt.
• Foster effective communication to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or overnight management role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and credit card reconciliation.
