POSITION:

A national leader in boutique fitness is looking for amazing talent to join our team and seeking a motivated General Manager to lead our studio to success! The ideal General Manager will oversee all Studio functionality from Sales to Instructors. Position reports to Owner.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving company sales targets and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving results.

**Duties:**

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure effectiveness
• Develop marketing strategy, member acquisition and retention strategy, as well as community engagement strategy
• Create and execute plans for client acquisition and retention
• Responsible for memberships, retail, private and teacher training sales performance.
• Accountable for overall staff schedule with Studio Manager and Lead Pilates Instructor.
• Produce/manage/oversee studio reports (ie. revenue, attendance, etc.)
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
• Maintain good line of communication with studio owners and corporate office
• Review and submit payroll
• Liaison between owners, corporate, and studio staff
• Supervise all studio staff and maintain periodic check-ins with direct reports
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills
• Staff interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, and motivation
• Ongoing staff development
• Any other duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience in sales management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in math for analyzing sales data
• Knowledge of Boutique Fitness sales and industry trends
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively
