Clowns. com seeks a highly motivated event specialist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in screening and transferring calls to the company’s sales or support team.

Responsibilities:

• Screen calls and transfer to the appropriate department or individual based on the nature of the inquiry.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in using phone systems and customer service software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Shift: Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Pay: $18 - $20/ hour plus commission

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• No weekends
