We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team.

Job Details:

• shift: 8am-4:30pm
• guaranteed hours: 40hrs
• contract : 13 weeks
• Days: M-F
• Crisis compliance approved
• Must be able to start within 7-14 days

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and resident rights
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate care plans and ensure seamless delivery of services
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage nursing schedules and staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage
- Oversee medication management and administration processes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement in nursing practices
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred)
- Current RN license of Washington ( WA) & BLS.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership in nursing.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
- Experience in assisted living or home care settings is highly desirable
- Proven track record in nurse management and shift management

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $57.00 - $60.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Supervising/DON/ADON: 2 years (Preferred)
• RN: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• RN License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
