We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols
- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Review and analyze medical records and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in the delivery of patient care
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing needs within the nursing department
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in healthcare technology, practices, and regulations
- Coordinate with physicians to ensure effective communication and collaboration in patient care
- Oversee the implementation of quality improvement initiatives
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $62.00 - $65.00 per hour
Experience:
- Supervising experience: 1 year (Required)
- Recent Director of Nursing: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- RN License (Required)
