Job Details:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and assisting with daily activities. Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
• Help with feeding and ensure proper nutrition for patients
• Assist with medical procedures such as gastric lavage, airway management, tube feeding, and sterile processing
• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records using Cerner or similar software

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or related healthcare role is preferred
• Familiarity with home care settings is a plus
• Knowledge of medical documentation and record keeping procedures
• Experience with procedures such as dialysis or sterile processing is beneficial
