We are seeking entrepreneurial-minded individuals with entry-level experience (0-3 years) that has an interest in building a growth-oriented career. From day one you will work in an autonomous environment supported by industry leaders with vast areas of expertise. Youll learn how to sell and market to companies and individuals to build a practice, manage consultants on projects, manage and train others and have the opportunity to grow, manage teams, and eventually become a partner in our organization responsible for a part of the business.
What You Will Do:

• Help managers complete all assigned daily tasks and operations.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• Observing and learning from experienced team members.
• Participate in the companys strategic planning.
• Understand each departments daily processes and goals.
• Work with a team to develop and implement strategies based on the clients needs.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Communicate with clients to get a clear understanding of their needs and goals.
• Research, develop, and implement new leads.
• Communicate with new prospects.
