Clover Leaf Solutions is Hiring a Capture Manager Near Albuquerque, NM
Responsibilities:
- Lead proposal efforts with a capture team in the preparation and submission of proposals to governmental clients
- Work with CLS Senior Management and teaming partners on proposal preparation efforts
- Ensure proposals meet all RFP requirements for eligibility of award
- Contribute heavily to development of the bid strategy
- Work with management and technical resources to develop technical project descriptions for later use on proposals,
- Work with employees to develop and update resumes
- Work with in-house Account Managers and Recruiters to identify additional potential employees for proposals to meet solicitation requirements
- Ensure the continuous update of opportunities tracking data base
- Ensure the implementation of lessons learned for assigned bids, including attending out briefings on wins and losses
- Maintain bid information and filing
- Assist with development of marketing materials and Statement of Qualifications
- Assist with development of cost proposals
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in preparing bids and technical proposals or similar work, including writing technical proposals
- Ability to lead a capture team to deliver quality proposals that win awards
- Strong computer skills with experience using MS Word (including strong use of styles and templates) and Adobe products
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strict attention to detail, especially on bid requirements and tracking of opportunity schedules to allow ample time for quality bid submittals
- Experience writing proposals for federal procurements, particularly the Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratory complex
- Experience preparing project cost estimates and ability to work with numbers and spreadsheets
- Experience with government contracts terms and conditions
- Experience working with construction, IT services, or environmental, safety and health (ES&H) proposals or content.
- Experience working on large procurements and/or as a federal contract officer is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Proposal or Writing Certificate
