Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to join our team in Reno, NV. The Safety Manager plays a critical role in fostering a safety-first culture on the project, anticipating construction risks, and implementing measures to prevent injury to personnel or damage to the structure. This position is responsible for promoting, developing, implementing, and improving risk-reduction strategies, safety programs, incident reporting, and safety training to create a positive safety culture. The Safety Manager serves as the primary decision-maker for project safety, compliance, risk control, claims management, and environmental planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with supervisors and management personnel to implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with Company policy, customer requirements, and regulatory agencies.
• Analyze work requirements and working conditions to propose and implement changes that enhance safety without compromising efficiency.
• Manage the Safety Orientation program and track training on safety and regulatory topics to ensure compliance.
• Ensure compliance with required forms and provide necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to all personnel.
• Participate in the investigation of injury accidents and facilitate communication with injured employees.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop risk-management plans.
• Partner on claims resolution efforts and communicate safety updates and incidents to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Associates, BS, or MS degree from an accredited institution (technical degree or GSP preferred).
• 8 - 12 years of safety management experience within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, 29 CFR 1926.
• CHST, OSHT, or equivalent certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 Hour for Construction Certificate, OSHA 500 series courses preferred.
• Proven ability to train, influence, and motivate team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse organization of employees.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
