Assignment Details:

Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Location: Multiple Medical Offices and Clinics Assignments in MA, specifically in Plymouth, MA
Shift: Days Available
Preferred Start Date: ASAP

We are hiring for the following Specialties in Massachusetts:

• Physical Therapists
• Occupational Therapists

Responsibilities:

• Provide all patient care in a manner that reflects respect for patient rights, dignity, values, culture preferences, and expressed needs
• Assess patient's physical, psychological, and social needs
• Administer medication and treatment to patients as ordered
• Assess pain and implement appropriate pain management techniques
• Develop, implement, and revise care plans that reflect patient's diagnosis
• Document patient history, symptoms, assessments, tests, and care according to guidelines
• Review patient history, diagnostics, and lab data, and report any abnormalities
• Educate patient and family on managing injuries and illnesses to ensure a safe discharge

Requirements:

• Degree in OT/PT
• Must possess a current, valid PT/OT license in state of practice
• 2 years of experience in a medical office, sports center, school, hospital or acute care setting
• Excellent communication skills and strong critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
• Dedicated to providing the best patient care possible
• Must have general working knowledge of computers and department specific software
